This creative initiative has been designed by the council in collaboration with residents and community groups through several engagement sessions over the last few months.
The aim is to encourage community members to take pride in their environment and actively participate in keeping their streets clean.
Inspired by classic arcade games such as Pac-Man and Pinball, the "Game On" campaign taps into the competitive spirit and sense of community pride.
By doing so, it captures the attention of a diverse audience and motivates everyone to contribute to a litter-free Haringey.
Cllr Seema Chandwani, Cabinet Member for Tackling Inequality and Resident Services, said:
The 'Game On' campaign is a fantastic way to engage our community in a fun and meaningful effort to keep Haringey clean.
I am pleased we had an opportunity to co-produce this campaign with our residents and stakeholders.
By turning litter disposal into a rewarding challenge, we hope to inspire residents to see the positive impact of their actions and foster a sense of shared responsibility for our beautiful borough.
Residents can get involved by following the campaign on social media, participating in local clean-up events, and spreading the word about the importance of proper litter disposal.
