Alexandra Palace

Alexandra Palace is the iconic North London destination that offers you everything you need for a day out or event.

The park opened in 1863, with the Palace itself opening ten years later in 1873, now the People’s Palace is visited and loved by over a million people each year. Boasting panoramic views of London that are second to none, guests can enjoy freshly cooked meals in the Palace’s pub or Park cafés, ice skate on the Palace’s own ice rink, pedal around in the boating lake and take advantage of the 196 acres of unspoilt parkland. Ally Pally also opens its doors to those wanting an enchanted venue for weddings, banqueting, conferences, exhibitions and live events. The Palace has a variety of rooms available for different sized groups, the largest able to hold 11,000 people.

Within its walls, the Palace boasts spaces rich in history including the original BBC broadcasting studios and a historic Victorian theatre. These hidden gems are open to the public during Open House each September.
