Dance Programme: Steppaz

For children and young people who love performing, ages 3 to 17.

Steppaz offers an exciting programme for children and young people, aged 3 to 17, who love performing. Is that you? Then Steppaz is for you!

No matter your ability, come join the family and take your first step in the right direction. Over the term, you will not only learn new routines and work with dance professionals, but you will also work together as part of a team to exercise your own creativity.

We always work in an inclusive environment so, no matter your ability, come and join us! Meet new friends, have fun, and create something truly special.

Commencement date: 6 September 2021

Classes – weekly every Friday 

• Mini Steppaz  - ages 3 to 5, 4.15 to 5pm
• Little Steppaz -  ages 6 to 8, 5 to 6pm
• Youth Steppaz - ages 9 to 17, 6 to 7pm

Teacher bio – Stacey McKnight, CEO and Managing Director 

Growing up in Edmonton and attending ballet, tap, modern, Anna Scher and other drama classes, performing at Hackney Empire, Shaw Theatre and many more, I have always had a passion for the arts.

I’ve studied performing arts at Chicken Shed, attended and worked with Haringey Shed teaching dance, drama and mentoring young people in school in Haringey and Enfield.

I’m currently a qualified youth worker, working with young people in the borough of Enfield. My passion for the Arts lead me seven years ago to follow my dream of opening my own school. I now get to help other young people to follow their dreams one step at a time.

Start and finish times: Mini Steppaz | Ages 3-5 | 16:15 – 17:00 Little Steppaz | Ages 6-8 | 17:00 – 18:00 Youth Steppaz | Ages 9-17 | 18:00 – 19:00

Price details: £28 per month plus a one off membership fee of £40 to £55 which includes a uniform depending on size
