Free buggy walk and exercises with Spurs

The walks in the fresh air will boost mood and add plenty of steps to increase physical activity.

We will meet outside the children's centre.

The walk will take place in Lordship Recreation Ground.

Please bring:

• water bottle
• suitable clothing and footwear for the walk (if wet, please wear waterproof clothing)
• a pushchair with a child!

What to expect

Meeting walk leaders and socialise with other parents, carers or grandparents in your local area looking after infants under 24 months.
