Support is available if you are worried about your behaviour towards a partner, ex-partner, or family member. Recognising how your behaviour affects others can be difficult but choosing to seek help is the first step towards making positive change.
Abusive behaviour isn’t limited to physical violence, it also includes any combination of emotional, psychological, physical, sexual, and/or economic abuse. For more information on recognising and changing your behaviour, please visit the services listed on this page.
