Current position
The council is now proceeding with the implementation of the confirmed Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO). All affected parties have been contacted and served with General Vesting Declarations (GVD) as part of the implementation process.
A number of GVDs have now been made and served by the council with service completed on Monday 31 July 2023.
The Notice of GVD can be viewed below. It is an unsealed and unsigned version, which is accessible for users using screen readers.
Signed and sealed versions can be inspected in person (by appointment only) at the council’s office at Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR - Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
