Resident engagement is at the heart of the way we work with our residents.
We want to involve more residents borough-wide and to provide them with the voice and opportunity to influence the way we deliver our services.
We aim to ensure the council meets the regulatory standards and requirements on listening to the voice of our residents.
Our resident engagement strategy was co-created with our resident board to ensure and signify that we are creating the right foundations to build stronger more meaningful relationships with our residents to continue to improve and enhance our services.
