Site Manager

Scale Pay 5 point 12-15.

Salary: £30,033.00-£31,440.00

Hours: 36 hours per week (52 weeks per year with annual leave and split working hours)

Contract Type: Permanent Full-time

Start Date: 1st August 2024 or 1st September 2024

We are looking to recruit a proactive, hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated site manager to help maintain our fantastic school building and grounds to the highest of standards. St Aidan’s is a small school with a very friendly and active community and we look forward to welcoming a new site manager.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to fully undertake, lead and manage all premises issues to ensure that our school site is maintained to the highest standard and fully compliant.

Our site manager is an integral part of our school community with responsibility for all aspects of health and safety, the maintenance and security of the school buildings and grounds and the supervision of cleaning contracts.

The successful candidate must be organised, flexible, take pride in their work and be committed to the life of the school. Practical maintenance and repair skills are also essential.

We want to hear from you if you have an up to date knowledge of health and safety procedures and a sound understanding of how to effectively manage the maintenance of our school buildings and grounds whilst also playing a key role in supporting the development of any building projects.

The post holder must be committed to ensuring that pupils and staff are able to learn and work in a safe, secure and inviting learning environment.
