Full time Permanent Contract
36 hours per week, all year round
Tuesday to Friday (10.45am-7.00pm), Saturday (8.00am-4.00pm)
Pay scale: PO1 26 to 28, depending on experience
Salary: £37,443.00 to £39,264.00
Highgate Primary School is looking to appoint a highly skilled, capable and enthusiastic non-resident site manager to join an excellent staff team.
The successful candidate will take a pride in the school’s learning environment and grounds, support the strategic management of the school site, manage the school’s site team and carry out minor repairs and maintenance.
The successful candidate will be:
• able to work efficiently on his/her own initiative
• extremely self-motivated and well organised
• a good team member
• willing to take an active part in the life of the school
• capable of training and managing staff
• able and willing to share responsibility for a range of tasks including repairs, redecoration, general upkeep of the site and maintaining site security,
