What is this course about?
This workshop provides an introduction to our online platforms MS Teams. Get Ready to Study supports you with the basics of what you need to study with us at Haringey Learns
Are there any entry requirements?
You must be aged 19 or older by the 31st of August 2024 .You should be on a Haringey Learns course or have applied for a Term 1 course. This course will be in English so you should have Entry Level 2 English.
Do I need to have an interview before I can enrol?
No. This course is accessible for all Haringey Learns learners who are on an Entry 2 and above course.
How will I be taught?
The workshop will be a step by step guide to signing up to Haringey Learns online resources and digital classrooms. You will complete sign ups and practice some of the features and functions of MS Teams, and EasyGenerator needed for online study and communication.
What feedback will I get?
Your tutor will give you brief feedback during the session.
How will I be able to give my views on the course?
You will be asked to complete an short end of course survey.
What course can I do next?
You may progress onto other digital skills courses or use this course to help you study your subject area of choice.

You should read all information prior to the session. You can bring with you your own device (smartphone, tablet or laptop) to get support from the tutor or use one of the Haringey Learns laptops.
