What is this course about?
The course will focus on introducing learners to using the outlook messaging and calendar features and the Microsoft teams platform for effective collaboration.
Are there any entry requirements?
You must be aged 19 and over by the 31st of August 2024. All participants are assumed to already have the necessary email/Teams accounts and access.
Do I need to have an interview before I can enrol?
No
How will I be taught?
You will be taught through tutorials, demonstration by your teacher.
What feedback will I get?
Your tutor will give you feedback on assignments and quizzes throughout the course.
How will I be able to give my views on the course?
You will be asked to complete a short end of course survey and to share your views through your class rep and in Ofsted surveys.
