Our inclusive, accessible, cross-borough and co-created approach to programming is designed to eliminate barriers to participation for our residents, protected groups and hard to reach audiences. The development of our Culture Strategy has allowed us to further identify the people and communities whose stories, voices and engagement are currently underrepresented in our borough’s cultural life.
