Notice of events in Finsbury Park

Two weeks before a major and large event, the event organiser delivers leaflets to residents and businesses in a pre-set area surrounding the park. 

The leaflet details how to contact the event organiser in the lead up to, and during, an event to make a complaint.  

The event organiser will also:   

• publicise the event by:
  • putting displays within the park 
  • sharing details on social media
• deliver letters detailing the event and contact details 2 weeks before the event to pre-defined households around Finsbury Park in Haringey, Hackney and Islington 
• encourage Islington and Hackney council to share event information on their website 
• send emails to those on our upcoming major events email list
