You can apply online or by visiting the leisure centre.
Apply online
- Select the leisure centre you want to join on our leisure centre page
- On the leisure centre’s website, select the membership you want to apply for.
- Complete the online form.
On your first visit to the leisure centre, you must show your proof of eligibility and address documents to reception staff.
Apply in person
- Take your proof of eligibility and address documents to the leisure centre you want to join.
- Give your documents to reception staff who will process your application.
