We have a full range of memberships for you to choose from that will incentivise and prove cost-effective for you to help you reach your personal fitness and sports goals.
The gym has some fantastic equipment including cardio, free weights and fixed weights. We have instructors on hand to assist you at key times should you wish.
Our Group Exercise Programme is available to book. You will find that our exercise classes are led by experienced and charismatic instructors who will provide a safe, exciting and motivating experience for you.
The centre also benefits from an indoor tennis dome and floodlit outdoor courts.

Gym and group exercise (16+)
This membership provides unlimited access to Gym and Group exercise classes as well as use of the athletics track when available.

This membership includes 2 hours of tennis per week across all courts (indoor and outdoor) at any time, as well as access to the athletics track when available.
