Angus Fraser and Devon Malcolm gave a cricketing masterclass to young girls and boys at The Willow Primary School on Thursday, when an introductory, taster session from Middlesex County Cricket Club taught them some fundamentals in how to bat, bowl and field overall.
The session will also have helped develop some core social and life skills for the youngsters in attendance – opportunities that participating in team sports invariably provide.
There was still time too for a Q&A session with Angus and Devon and the youngsters came away with signed cricket bats as cherished mementos from an unforgettable day.
