Through our online building control service you can::
- submit all building control applications online
- take electronic payments for all online applications
- submit a demolition notice online
A few things to know before you start your application:
- we prefer to have all attachments as PDF files, although we will still accept different file types
- turn off any browser pop-up blockers and auto-filling tools because these may stop you from completing the e-form
- do not use your browser's 'back' button at any time while completing the form as this may lose your data
- upon completion of payment, please click the 'Continue' button to add any attachments to your application
