We have published a Tottenham Area Action Plan Development Plan Document (DPD). The plan puts clear planning guidelines and policies in place to help:
- support local people’s ambitions for long-term regeneration in Tottenham
- bring thousands of new homes to the area
- provide better access to jobs and employment
- improve transport links
To make that happen, we have developed specific planning rules to:
- bring forward and manage new development
- set out where different types of buildings should go
- protect the heritage of Tottenham’s past
We adopted the Tottenham Area Action Plan on 24 July 2017.
