For this consultation, 'publicly accessible toilets' include changing facilities for babies and facilities for people with disabilities.

They include toilets located in public buildings like:

  • libraries
  • community centres
  • shopping centres
  • parks
  • other public toilets that we maintain

What happens next

The responses to this consultation will be used to develop a toilet strategy. The strategy will set out a series of recommendations and actions to improve public toilets in Haringey that will benefit both residents and visitors.

As well as being important for public health, these improvements will help make sure that Haringey is a welcoming place for people to visit.
