Parenting sessions on healthy eating, healthy lifestyles activities and reducing the risk of childhood obesity.

Creche for children during the sessions. Focus on children aged 0 to 4 years old.

Based on referral through organisation. Our Family Hub has some referral forms based on available space.

A series of 8 workshops for children (toddlers) to explore their play through various music sessions, sensory activities, and playing styles with materials that can be used at home. Sessions will focus on children with SEND and additional needs to support their speech development and learning.
