The Earlham Suite at George Meehan House is the most popular venue in Haringey to have a ceremony, with 2 beautiful rooms to choose from, the Earlham Room and the Woodside Room. The venue has its own garden and is surrounded by parkland.

The Earlham Suite at George Meehan House is the location of Haringey Register Office. The house has been fully restored and is only moments from the border with Enfield and less than 15 minutes from Wood Green Underground Station.

We are set in parkland and the house offers a tranquil environment with fantastic opportunities for photographs. A fixed fee covers the cost of the room and the ceremony.
Garden ceremonies
From 2 May to 29 September 2023 you can have your ceremony in the garden at George Meehan House. Ceremonies are available Monday to Friday at 2pm only. Please contact us if you would like a garden ceremony.
Garden ceremonies have seating for up to 12 guests with 6 guests standing, a maximum of 18 people. Garden ceremonies are offered weather permitting and we reserve the right to move ceremonies inside if necessary, including weather elements such as sunlight, rain, extreme temperatures as well as for late arrivals.
Our ceremony rooms
We have two main rooms, The Woodside Room and The Earlham Room.

The Woodside Room seats 79 people including the couple.
