- apply to vary the conditions
- change the details on it
- get a replacement certificate
Apply for a full variation
A full variation is needed if you wish to:
- vary the hours of the licensable activities
- vary the types of the licensable activities
- make big structural changes to the licensed premises

There will be a 28-day consultation period.
During that time you will need to advertise your application by putting:
- a notice on the premises
- an announcement in a local newspaper

At the end of the 28-day consultation period, you will be granted the full variation to a club premises certificate if:
- there are no outstanding objections
- all procedural requirements are met
Apply for a minor variation
A minor variation application should be made for:
- small alterations to the internal layout of the premises
- to remove any conditions on the licence
