How to apply for a transfer

You must have:

• an operating licence issued by the Gambling Commission
• proof of the right to occupy the premises

The application form asks for the date the transfer is to take effect and you must include:

• the correct gambling fee - please see our list of fees
• written statement from the licence holder consenting to the transfer
• premises licence, or both:
  • a statement explaining why it is not reasonably practicable to produce the licence
  • an application by the licensee for a new copy of the licence
