Your licence fee depends on the class of treatments offered.

Please note: If you offer 2 or more classes of treatment, the maximum applicant’s fee you will pay is £543.

If you need a copy of your licence, please contact us.

The fee is £10.50.

If an annual licence has been sought but the licence is granted or renewed for a shorter period and appropriate refund will be made.

If you want to cancel your annual licence, a pro-rata refund of the fee will be made.

A refund will be made for each full month that remains on the licence.

£214 will be taken from your refund to cover our costs in dealing with the licence application.

The refund will be calculated from the date we receive the licence.

If the Council’s costs in dealing with the application are higher than the refund due, no refund will be made.

If you withdraw your application for an annual licence or it is refused you will be refunded the application fee less £214 to cover our costs.

If the application fee is less than £214, no refund will be made.
