Online services temporarily unavailable
Some of our My Account online services will be temporary unavailable on Saturday 5 October between 8am and 8pm, due to planned maintenance of our systems. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Below are some common problems and what you can try yourself before contacting us:
If you don't receive an activation email within a few minutes of registering check that the email hasn’t gone into your ‘spam' or 'junk’ folder.
If it still hasn't appeared try again (in case you mis-typed the email address).
If that doesn't work then please contact us.
If you get a message saying the email address is already registered try resetting your password using the 'forgotten password' link.
If you get this message first check you have typed the correct email address and password.
