What you need to register if you rent
If you are renting a property, we need to know:
- the address of your property
- the start date of your tenancy
- the name of your landlord
- your move in date
- the names of anyone else living in the property who are over 18
What you need to register if you own
If you have a mortgage or own a property outright, we need to know:
- the address of your property
- the date you took ownership of the property
- the date you moved into the property
- the names of anyone else living in the property who are over 18
