What you need to register if you rent

If you are renting a property, we need to know:

  • the address of your property 
  • the start date of your tenancy 
  • the name of your landlord 
  • your move in date 
  • the names of anyone else living in the property who are over 18 

What you need to register if you own

If you have a mortgage or own a property outright, we need to know:

  • the address of your property 
  • the date you took ownership of the property
  • the date you moved into the property 
  • the names of anyone else living in the property who are over 18
