Net zero carbon by 2041
We want the whole of Haringey to be net zero carbon by 2041.
We can only achieve this target if residents and businesses reduce their carbon emissions. See information on how you can reduce your carbon emissions on the BBC website.
As a council, we want to be net zero carbon by 2027.
We aim to do this by:
- removing carbon from council vehicles
- making energy efficiency changes to:
- core council operational buildings
- all transport-related activities
