Facilities at Tottenham Green

Our gym is relaxed and welcoming and staffed with friendly and qualified fitness instructors. We have over 60 stations with a spacious functional floor area including a Synergy Rig.

Our 3 fitness studios have semi-sprung floors suitable for a wide range of activities including yoga, dance, and spin classes.

We have our main 25-metre pool with a fantastic beach area for toddlers and a second training pool where we provide swimming courses and one-to-one swimming sessions.

You can book our sauna and steam room in the health suite in one hour slots (available for people aged over 16). A maximum of 18 people are allowed in the suite at all times. Please consult your GP before attending these sessions if you have any pre-existing health issues.

Children can scramble, run, slide, and climb in the safety of our soft play adventure course. Let your children learn through play and have some time to yourself in our dedicated parent's waiting area.
