Park officers
Our park officers manage the park and provide all daily services. They’re always onsite during an event. They monitor the park hire conditions ensuring the organiser does everything they should be doing.

Noise control and complaints
Noise control is individual to each event and is set out in the premises licence overseen by us.
The organiser must:
- have a full noise management plan in place
- monitor noise levels throughout the event
How noise travels depends on the weather conditions at the time which can change very quickly.
If you have a noise complaint, contact the organiser during the event – details on the upcoming events page. They may attend your property to monitor noise levels.
If you aren't satisfied with a complaint made to the organisers, you can complain to us.
