What happens after you make a planning comment

All comments are passed to the case officer. They are considered when preparing the planning report and recommendation.

All members of the public who submit comments are updated if and when the application is due to be considered by the Planning Sub-Committee.

We will notify you of the decision by post or email. We will:

  • write to you If you made your comment by post
  • email you if you commented online or by email and provided an email address
