Workspace viability study

This study is not intended to replace the employment land review. It provides a more detailed assessment of the opportunity to deliver particular small business workspace types within sites identified by Haringey Council officers. Based on this sample, it seeks to establish a broader set of principles to direct future workspace delivery within existing employment areas.
