Scaffold/hoarding licence
It is a legal requirement during building work that everyone is safe. All safety guidelines are included with your licence and must be followed at all times.
If all of the work is taking place on private land or property, you do not need a licence.
You must have a licence to put up scaffolding and hoarding on a public:
- road
- pavement
- path
- footway

Download, fill out and return the application form by email. Once your application has been approved, we will contact you with the fee amount and details of how to pay by bank transfer.
