Why we are reviewing single-person households
We are currently reviewing all of our residents' accounts with a 25% Single Person Discount.
We are running this review because we have a duty to ensure that where a discount is awarded there is a genuine entitlement to that discount.
If you receive a review letter from us, please complete the short form and return it within 14 days.
If you do not complete the form, we will assume that your circumstances have changed and you are no longer entitled to the discount. Your single person discount will be removed and a revised demand will be sent to you.
