Renew your Disabled Person's Freedom Pass

Part of: Disabled Person's Freedom Pass

The 5-year expiry date on your Freedom Pass is the card chip's lifespan, not how long you can keep the pass. If you do not meet the requirements anymore, your pass can be stopped at any time.

If your current Disabled Person's Freedom Pass expires on 31 March, you'll receive a letter from the concessionary travel team with details on how to renew. Your pass will expire if you do not renew it.

If you cannot renew your pass online because you do not have a computer, you can go to a Haringey library to use a computer.

You can also renew your pass by downloading and filling in the Disabled Person's Freedom Pass application form  and sending it back to us at the address on the form.

If your renewal is successful, we'll write to you and London Councils will send you a new pass.

You can use your new pass as soon as you get it.
