You can notify us of your interest in a premises with a premises licence if you're a:
- company
- business
- individual
Anyone with a property interest in the premises can apply. This includes:
- the freeholder/leaseholder
- a legal mortgagee
- a person in occupation of the property
It is not a legal requirement to register your interest, it's at your discretion.

The notice will last for 12 months. If you want to be told of any changes after 12 months, you will need to complete and return the form again.
