Transfer a premises licence

You can apply to have a premises licence transferred to your name. 

You need the consent of the existing licence holder to do this. 

What you must provide

Along with the forms you must send us:

•  proof of your right to work in the UK
• the premises licence, or relevant part of it, or reason why this isn't possible
