We are entitled to ask you to pay for any expenses involved in providing the information. This includes:
- printing
- photocopying
- scanning
- postage costs
If the costs are:
- less than £10 – we will not ask you to pay
- more than £10 – we will contact you to see if you want to continue or change your request
