We have an out of hours noise team.
They work from 6pm to 2am on:
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
After making a complaint
If your call is not answered by one of our team and you leave a message, we'll call you back within the hour. Please keep your phone switched on.
We'll try to visit your home to listen to the noise affecting you but, if we're very busy, we may not be able to.
If we visit and the noise is unreasonable, we'll try to talk to the person responsible for the noise and may issue a verbal warning.
