An organisation can have up to 10 team permits.
Before a different vehicle uses the permit, you must transfer it in your online account.
Apply
To buy a team permit, you must have an essential services vehicle-specific permit. If not, you must first fill in an essential service qualification.
If you apply for an essential service qualification, you must wait for it to be approved before you can buy a team permit:
- Log in to your parking account.
- Under ‘Permit applications available’ click ‘Apply’ next to ‘Essential service – team permit’.
- Select ‘Your permits’ and ‘See permits you can apply for (not visitor permits)’.
- Click 'Buy’ for ‘Essential Service – team permit’.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Enter your vehicle registration, click ‘Find vehicle’, then click ‘Add vehicle’.
- You’ll see the cost of your permit.
- Pay for your permit.
Renew your permit
Your permit lasts for 1 year. You’ll get an email 5 weeks before your permit ends telling you to renew it.
To renew your permit:
- Log in to your parking account.
- Under ‘Your permits’ click ‘View your permits’.
- Click ‘Renew’ for the permit you want to renew.
- Confirm your details.
- Leave the renewal start date as it is. Your new permit will start when your current permit ends.
- Review your permits details and pay for your permit renewal.
After applying or renewing
After applying for or renewing your permit, you can use your permit right away.
Transfer the permit
To transfer the permit to a different vehicle:
- Log in to your parking account.
- Under ‘Your permits’ click ‘View your permits’.
- Click ‘View/edit’ for ‘Essential Service – team permit’.
- Click ‘Change’ next to ‘Vehicle registration’.
- Enter the new vehicle registration, click ‘Find vehicle’, then click ‘Add vehicle’.
- Submit your change of vehicle.
The new vehicle is now covered by the permit.
