Muswell Hill SuDS scheme

This scheme makes improvements that include rain gardens and permeable paving in the following areas:

• the junction of Muswell Hill
• Priory Road
• Park Road
• Etheldene Avenue
• Farrer Mews

These improvements address surface drainage issues in the area.

The scheme was completed in August 2023 along with local drainage maintenance works to the sewers and gullies. The planting on the rain garden will be completed by the end of 2023.
